February 23, 2012: Rearrange your things. Changing things up inside your house might do you some good.

February 21, 2012: Go to the library and take out the book that first catches your eye.
February 20, 2012: Be quiet. You never know what you might hear in the silence if you’re listening.
February 19, 2012: Shovel the walk. Hey, somebody’s got to do it.
February 18, 2012: Go watch a super artsy play. Even if you don’t understand it, maybe you’ll get some culture through osmosis.
February 17, 2012: STRETCH! Your muscles need it.
February 16, 2012: Clean the house. Even though you may not want to do it, you’ll find you feel so much better after you’re done because you’ve accomplished something and you realize how much room you’ve actually got.
February 15, 2012: LAUGH! It’s fun, contagious and it works your abs. Best of all worlds!
February 14, 2012: Take a chance and tell that person you love him/her.
February 13, 2012: Get out a camera and go take some pictures! What you capture is up to you.
February 12, 2012: Start a collection of something that no one else has.

February 10, 2012: Just let loose and SCREAM!
February 9, 2012: Go on a scavenger hunt.
February 8, 2012: Make plans to see someone you haven’t seen in awhile.
February 7, 2012: Have lunch with your mom.
February 6, 2012: Read your favourite children’s storybook.
February 5, 2012: Find a way to use public transportation instead of driving a vehicle. It’ll save money and gas.
February 4, 2012: Speak in an accent different from your own and then try to go back to your regular speaking voice. So difficult.
February 3, 2012: Do NOT eat the rest of Cadbury’s lady fingers that were left over from Christmas because you will have a stomach ache. Trust me; I know.
February 2, 2012: Try to catch a groundhog and make him stare his shadow down so we can have an early spring.
February 1, 2012: Do 10 push ups (or at least try).
