March 30, 2012: Do something difficult and follow through.

March 29, 2012: Find the peaceful moment in your busy life.

March 28, 2012: Listen to what a child has to say; it could either be super enlightening or super funny.

March 27, 2012: Go outside and PLAY!

March 26, 2012: Get a massage.

March 25, 2012: Download a random song.

March 24, 2012: Open the door for a stranger.

March 23, 2012: Say thank you to someone who’s done something for you.

March 22, 2012: Look for a new place to live.

March 21, 2012: Plan a trip.

March 20, 2012: Take that idea that’s been sitting in the back of your mind and actually follow through.

March 19, 2012: Don’t procrastinate!

March 18, 2012: Start a collection.

March 17, 2012: Hang out with your favourite leprechaun.

March 16, 2012: Go and get your car washed (we all know it needs it).

March 15, 2012: Paint a picture.

March 14, 2012: Buy yourself a present. You deserve it!

March 13, 2012: Get a new haircut, just to change things up!

March 12, 2012: Find a new recipe and try it out.

March 11, 2012: Do your homework. Yes, it sucks, but if you get it done now, you’ll have plenty of time later for fun things!

March 10, 2012: Go out to the movies!

March 9, 2012: Make a collage of all the things that inspire you. What you put on there may surprise you.

March 8, 2012: Tell someone you trust what’s really going on. You may feel relieved if you do.

March 7, 2012: Take a break when you need one.

March 6, 2012: Dream.

March 5, 2012: Play an instrument you haven’t played in a while.

March 4, 2012: Go to church.

March 3, 2012: Thank God for all the blessings in your life, for there are many.

March 2, 2012: Be direct; it’s the only way to make things clear.

March 1, 2012: Just lie down on the floor and breathe. If you imagine your body melting into the floor, you’ll be amazed at how relaxed you feel.
